Who says celebrity stars are vapid and shallow?  Ellen Pompeo got really pissed off when she saw the massive engagement ring Chris Ivery, a big time record producer had bought her.  On a good note, at least he purchased it from a location we all know to be reasonably priced, Beverly Hills???????? Just kidding about reasonably priced, he could have flown to the De Beers headquarters and paid less than he did for the premium Beverly Hills location.

I guess record producer’s are known to have more money than common sense sometimes.

How many girls have you met that complained about engagement rings being to large?  If my wife had complained I would have traded in her 1/8 of a carat ring for something smaller and given the $100 saved to a charity of her choosing.  I think that is a very noble thing.

I will mention, the problem with engagement rings is you can’t return for buyer’s remorse.  When you do finally decide on the ring make sure it’s the right one. If you have the money you can feel free to purchase a 3.5-carat platinum and diamond Tacori ring like hers
